What are our Payment Options?

We offer payments through PayPal which is extremely secure and can be used with or without an account with your regular credit or debit card. PayPal and accepts Mastercard's (credit and debit), Visa cards and American Express. PayPal also excepts some other cards such as discover cards.

Shipping Costs

Domestic

All domestic orders will be express posted using Australia Post at a flat rate of $12.15. Depending on where you live your parcel may take from 1-7 days to be delivered. This time frame is out of our control and purely depends on how busy Australia Post is at the time you make an order.

International

All International orders will be sent Via Australia Post Standard International Shipping at a flat rate of $20 and will take from between 10-15 days to be delivered once we have packed and shipped your parcel.

Shipping location's

Domestic

We are able to ship to all Australia Post networks Australia Wide. This includes all major cities and metropolitan areas plus rural areas and smaller towns outside of major cities given that Australia post has the means to deliver there.

Please allow 1-3 Business days for us to carefully pack your order before it can be shipped off to you.

 International

We are able to ship to all bigger International countries such as the United States, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, China, Japan etc. Most other countries are also accepted but if you have doubts or are unsure feel free to message us and we can check for you.

Refunds and Returns Policy

We offer refunds and exchanges as long as the item is still in "brand new" condition. This means with all of its original tags still attached and most importantly with the hygiene sticker still in place. At this time we do not offer exchanges for different styles but we do offer exchanges for sizes, provided the size you wish to exchange for is still in stock once we receive your return. Refunds are only given for the following reasons:

- Damaged or broken items

- Item does not fit

- Incorrect order

Sizing

We use the size guide provided to us by our manufacturer so it is a universally used size chart and all sizes run true to size so there is no need to size up or down unless it is suggested to for certain pieces. sizes run as follows:

XS: AU 6

S: AU 8

M: AU 10

L: AU 12

Washing Guide

We recommend handwashing your swimmers in a bucket with lukewarm soapy water or on the handwash setting in a washing machine, Then leaving them to dry away from direct sunlight. We DO NOT recommend:

- Using bleaches

- Wring drying

- Ironing

- Tumble drying

As these may alter or tarnish the quality of your swimmers.
